Post office gets 4 stars. Would have been 5 but the latest hire is questionable in her customer service skills.
Pharmacy gets 4 stars. Sure, you have to wait, but where/when don't you have to wait (at a pharmacy)? The head pharmacist is top notch.
Makeup counter gets 3 stars for the friendly staff who are willing to check other stores for product.
The rest of this Shoppers should get negative stars, pulling down the overall rating of this Shoppers to 1 star. There is a lot of free parking in the back but you can never get a space because non-shoppers customers are always parked there. It's an absolute nightmare. In the middle of the day when there are only 3 other customers besides myself and the staff (usually way more staff than is necessary for the time of day as well), the parking lot is full with actual customers forced to wait 20 minutes or more for a spot. When possible, I go to other Shoppers locations (or even Rexall if I'm really annoyed), but for packages, this is the place. Annoyingly, they won't do anything to fix the parking issue which is an ongoing problem.
The staff are mostly mediocre; no one really shines here. There are never enough staff manning the tills, and when there are, they are ridiculously slow. The only high point is - like many places in the area - it's 24 hours.
