  • I was told 4:30p was the time the movers would be there, but that turner into 7p. Due to this issue, my move was comped, which I appreciated. I was extremely dissatisfied with their customer service via phone. However, my movers, Andrew and Darius were the absolute best. They apologized even though it was beyond their control. They were fast, careful, helpful and all around nice. Request them if you choose this company.
