  • Man, UPS really gouges your f*cking eyes out with shipping prices... But that's a decision made by the company, not necessarily this location. Thankfully, this location seems to be staffed quite well with friendly and professional staff. I do wish they would have more than one person on duty at a time, however, because nearly every time I've gone, I've had to wait in line for at least five minutes just to quickly drop off a package. Having said that, another plus for this location is that they have an educator's discount (highly appreciated), and they have someone who is a licensed notary, something I take advantage of regularly - and unlike another nearby location, this employee has the utmost respect for customers' privacy. Hurrah!
