  • KIT Cabinets (and our guy Robert) is absolutely amazing! I have never regretted my decision going with them and I will 100% use them for any other projects moving forward. For starters, I know that I'm a VERY difficult customer (perfectionist and extremely OCD). Robert showed up on time for the free consultation. He took all his measurements, took pictures, and gave recommendations on how best to redesign our kitchen. We were very upfront that we were looking at 3 other competitors. KIT Cabinets was the ONLY company that took the time to create a 3D rendering of our kitchen - which of course helps visualize your new kitchen (I was shocked the other companies didn't do this). My fiancĂ© and I visited both showrooms to see samples and Robert even came back to measure again, because we had to make changes to the island due to plumbing issues on our end. I was impressed that they went above and beyond to do things like this, when we hadn't even decided to work with them at that point. After we decided to move forward, the level of service remained top notch. Everything came in on time and was installed to meet my expectations. We had a few issues on OUR end - having to move outlets and missing tiles on the floor. KIT Cabinets did everything they could to help fix our issues (ex: installing additional molding and trim to cover gaps). They have amazing customer service and they'll do everything within their means to ensure you're satisfied with the project. I cannot say enough good things about KIT Cabinets. If I could give 10 stars, I would, because lord knows they worked hard for it!! Funny side note - by the end of our install, one of the guys who visited our home from a competitor, started working at KIT cabinets because my fiancĂ© and I were raving about them after Robert did the free in-home consultation. I will update my post with before and after photos once my back splash is complete :)
