  • The SA who was assisting me was rude and made it clear that she didn't want to be helping me. I asked to try on 3 items and took less than 10 minutes and she looked annoyed and irritated when she had to retrieve the items from behind the counter. It wasn't until I finished paying that she appeared the slightest bit friendly. She also didn't bother to put a ribbon on the box or give me a bag. Hiring such inexperienced and untrained staff really tarnishes the brand's reputation and I'm unsure I'll ever return to this location.
