I bought a Groupon and they ask you to book online. There was no couples option for online booking (aside from no days available because apparently they only work four days a week) so I emailed them. Days go by and I did not get a response. I called several times and the voicemail was full. One time, someone did answer, as if it was a pocket call/answer and then they hung up on me. Even though it was past the refund date, Groupon refunded my purchase with a credit.. Better than having to deal with people who clearly do not want your business!
