Forced me to cancel membership when my son was getting hurt repeatedly in their kids club. Started as a great gym with child care multiple times a day. My wife and I signed up. We were members for around two years. Then my son started coming back to me with bruises on his back, lumps on his head. The girl called me a couple times when he got hurt, but it was from lack of supervision, and he's 3. The marks on his back took me to the asst manager, he said he inform his manager and they would call me. My son got a lump on his head/black eye. Asked for general manager, unavailable for next two weeks that I asked for him. I asked to cancel my membership, they told me I had to do so in writing, until I told them it was about the injuries to my son, they immediately ignored the written cancellation rule and cancelled me on the spot. Have yet to hear from anyone from the gym and it started about 4 months ago and I cancelled about 2 weeks ago.
