  • This place used to be great, but for some reason it is awful now!!!! The owner is extremely rude and gives off the worst customer service I have ever actually dealt with from a nail salon. I made an appt. with a specific nail lady (so that I did not have to deal with the owner) and when I showed up they completely ignored me and had the person I was suppose to be having my appt. with give a pedicure to someone else! No one even approached me until 20 min had gone by and I was on my way out the door. The owner had the nerve to be rude in the given circumstances! This place is awful!!!!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!
