The studio itself is nice enough. Teisha and David are the best instructors of the bunch.
For those of you who haven't taken a Bikram class, it's quite...aggressive. If you're looking for soft and soothing and meditative, this most definitely is not the place. You will be challenged and the super-hot temperature and inability to leave the room will take you to hell and back. Strangely enough I found myself craving the heat after a few classes. But seriously - it's so hot there are points that you think you might not make it.
For some reason, the place smells a bit "spicy". I think it might be due to the clove-based mat cleaner that studios seem to be using.
Personally, Bikram is not my bag (not enough spiritual focus for me), but for those who are very "alpha" and who feel that they aren't working out unless they're pouring out sweat, this place could be for you.
