  • Oasis has gone downhill in the past two years. Landscaping is beautiful as you enter the park but really rough around the sites. Smells like dog pee everywhere. Spa didn't work and I reported it three times and on the last time the lady at the front counter who called maint and was told they were working on it. I walked back out and there was no one working on it so I told the front counter again. A moment later a man in a uniform came to the counter and was obviously perturbed. He turned to me and angrily stated that he was working on it. I asked if it might be working soon and he stated that the heater was out but that in his opinion I should go ahead and use it anyway. I told him I felt it was too cold and he stated that it was 98'. I told him that I didn't believe that was any warmer than 90 and he said if you don't like it don't use it. I overheard the lady at the counter make a suggestion to him and he shouted "don't tell me what to do!" The ladies at the counter are awesome by the way!
