  • Only reason why I'm giving this place a two is cause a one star may not be a fair rating as I only had phone interaction with the receptionist. I called in and asked about a one bedroom and i am not too familiar with prices, so I said "I don't know if this is unrealistic or not, but would you happen to have anything under $800 a month?" And as a customer service rep, she should have just said "well, unfortunately we don't have anything in that price range, just $900 and above" or whatever their prices are, but she said "YES THAT IS UNREALISTIC!! HAHAHAHA!!!" And laughed at me... I hung up after that cause I wouldn't want to deal with someone like that any way. You're not in the greatest looking apt complex and it's not even in the heart of Scottsdale, try not to be so snobby. I think her name was Sherry? Not sure.. Either way, it wasn't a good first impression. Maybe that's why they half one and a half stars?
