  • NOT my favorite place and only come here because a friend of mine has her kids' birthday parties here. The staff and ESPECIALLY management give attitude when a problem is brought to their attention. They act like it's NOT THEIR PROBLEM and can't be bothered to help. They have a playroom that is usually clean, but always jammed pack full and not enough room for parents to watch their children. Food is so-so. Nothing extremely different from any other McDonald's I've been to and again, attitude don't help. Parking is a pain the ass. This place is located right off of Tallmadge circle and there are 2 entrances and 2 exits and neither are clearly marked. Top that off with people who can't drive and I've witnessed more accidents than I ever cared for.
