  • I wanted to shop here, but the customer service is the worst around. And there is an older lady who works customer service and check out and every encounter she is so rude and mean, apparently they don't care who they employ. The deli is the slowest around. The employees at the nearby Giant Eagle in North Royalton or Richfield or Heinen's are so much nicer and more helpful.
