So disappointed with this hotel and thier staff. Ive played many hours of poker throughout the years and spent plenty of money on rooms, shows and restaurants. Ice recently returned to play in the poker room that is about to close for good. Ive spent lots of time at mgm properties playing poker recently and throught the years. I recently was upgraded at monte carlo sister property to pearl which I certainly deserve. This card had me feel great as I now would be able to park for free as a local. Ive spent over $100 on parking this year and its very frustrating. So I go to monte carlo mgm players card desk to get a copy my card when the girl behind the counter besides to look at me funny and say who gave you this card? I told her I learned it from playing poker throughout MGM properties and she told me to hold on and she went in the back to get her boss. The boss comes out and tells me he doesn't see any activity of me playing or getting any tier points. I advised him I am not a slot player but I play a lot of Poker throughout the city almost on a daily basis. The girl behind the counter and her Superior made me feel like I'm a bum off the street which I did not appreciate. I had advised them I do play a lot of play Slots and they made it seem as if you need to play Slots to qualify for anything in this town. This is ridiculous and I am definitely considering boycotting MGM properties based on the Prejudice of poker players whom I'm sure the casino enjoys as they take the rake and as a player do not mind paying as long as we feel appreciated at least a little bit to get some free parking at minimal. I've been a diamond card member at Harrah's properties a gold member at Venetian a platinum member at cosmopolitan in the past has I used to play this all the time. Now I don't play as often as I have a working job that I work 40 hours a week and don't have as much time. I'm really disappointed and very upset still. Customer service goes a long way and I felt none towards my way
