So I received a call from Kevin the manager at this location and we discussed my Watch for quite some time. It seems we both share anh appreciation of watches. he explained what was going on with my watch and he made sure I was aware of the issues. In the past month I have spoken to Kevin and or his staff numerous times and he is making great strides to improve the experience.
