  • Rooms are not bad but these guys can't get the stains out of their sheets. I went through five sets and they all had stains (they kept bringing me "clean" ones). I don't care if you have washed them, and they are technically "clean". You also need to make them LOOK clean. Hilton does it somehow and you need to as well. PLUS, when they get new towels, they don't wash them before putting them in the rooms...which is totally unhygienic AND leaves little white fuzzies all over your body and hair...gross!!
