  • Victoria's Secret allowed a gift card my husband worked hard, saved for and bought for my birthday to get robbed of it's balance.The card never left our posession and yet the whole thing was wiped out the day after it was purchased. I believe it was an employee that did it. Took the card number, after money was added to it, and created their own card with it to then spend at a different location. I have filed police reports and submitted them to VS but they have run me around about it for 3 months and refuse to take responsibility for the fact that my husband and I trusted them with what we consider to be a large sum of money, for us, and their gift card was not safe enough to protect it.
