  • Waiter had a bad attitude from the time we were seated and told what we could not order because it was considered a busy time. I jokingly said there seemed to be more staff then customer's and was told they take a lot of online orders for pick up. Food was mediocre at best and took awhile . I was going to pay a portion of the bill using a BW3 gift card and was told by the waiter he would deduct 20% gratuity automatically ( restaurant policy) I said I prefer to give a cash tip instead and want to use the gift card towards the bill. He then said he hates people like me who don't get it. I couldn't believe he said that and then chose to pay our bill with cash. We won't be back and that gift card went in the garbage.
