Commenting on Sprint in general not this store...hate the service. Have been customer for 3 years. First two years were ok, not great service and lots of dropped calls. Made the mistake of signing a new, 2 year contract. That is when everything went bad. Overcharged for our new phones, called customer service several times wasting hours of time. Finally they agreed to reimburse the charges and then they reversed their decision! We have five iphones and we are not happy at all with Sprint.
