***HORRIBLE***This is not the first time requesting a ride with Veyo and the call center had not put in my return ride request which ultimately have you waiting for 5-20 mins the you give the another 5-10mins before you call back for you to wait on hold another 20mins and then the phone gets hung up in your face. Then you call again to have the same thing happen when requesting a supervisor. Then you call again and get a supervisor that tells you there was never a requested pickup. This is absurd and not customer service at all and to think they are medical transportation which pick up people with all sorts of issues. VEYO adds to the stress levels of there customers
