  • Box Office at 7pm on Wed Dec 30th. The one woman leaves the desk, but walks by me with a BIG smile and says someone will be right with me. The woman with black hair is left and helping someone and the guy with gray dress shirt is USELESS because he's hiding on other end of room behind wall. Any way, no one is looking at me acknowledging me and then the black haired woman snidely tells me she'll be right with me. Minutes go by and the FRIENDLY agent returns and helps me straight away with SMILE. Her name tag says JULIE and she is WONDERFUL! She knows friendly customer service - she needs to be in a leadership capacity position so the employees can see why hospitality is all about! Bought tickets for the senior folks to party at NOON (HA!) on NYE tomorrow. I'm sure they'll enjoy the Alley Cats! LOL! HAPPY NEW YEAR!
