  • This place is just okay but nothing more. I went there with 5 friends and the only bright side about the place was the A/C. The front is crowded and busy with people eating, the back is empty and almost dead. The bar is huge and takes up most of the space. There were about a million girls walking around in skimpy tops and skimpy shorts and I'm not sure what their jobs were because all I saw them do is walk around and talk to each other. We eventually got served by a man that came clear from the other side of the bar to help us out since all the women were ignoring us...guess they get better tips from the penis crowd and prefer serving only them. The 6 of us all ordered different drinks and the guy was quick on making them but we all questioned if he even put alcohol in them. We all felt like we just drank soda or water. I've personally felt more of a buzz off of Kombucha tea than I did their vodka drinks. I thought it was just me but my super lightweight friend said she was surprised that she didn't feel or taste any alcohol (which she personally liked). The drinks were cheap as if we just got a soda which is a good thing I guess. The dance floor was dead, no one wanted to get on it and the band was not bad. I did see they had a special for ladies night to extremely cheap beer but my friends and I saw one of the bartender girls pouring beers and she was filling up glass after glass of foam. She set about 5 or more glasses aside for a few mins and returned to dump the foam before filling them back up with more foam. She set them back to the side, went and help others and returned after the foam settled to fill them up with guess what...EVEN MORE FOAM! Usually when I see foam it's a clear sign the temp isn't right and/or you're not pouring the beer right from the tap which can create more foam. I watched her pathetically try for about 30 mins before one of the male bartenders walked over, dumped her glasses and basically told her to go away. This just tells me they need to train everyone better. I've been to other Toby Keith locations before out in Mesa that were tons of fun. This place has a lot of work to do. I will give them a second chance and see if anything changes though.
