  • Wag N' Wash carries the wet food that my husband and I get for our cats. We wanted to place a large order in order to stock up for a couple months at a time. When we saw this place, we got really excited. Sadly, we've found our whole experience to be majorly disappointing. We have tried multiple times (in person and over the phone) to place a simple order, which should be super straight forward. We never got called like promised when our order arrived. Picking it up was a guessing game every time. I would call to ask if it was in, and when I would arrive, still nothing set aside or the employees didn't know what we were talking about. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. I'm more upset because I really wanted to like this place. It has a good selection of food and toys and the employees seem nice enough. It's just not enough for me to keep ordering.
