  • Wish I could give a negative star. This is the worst Albertson I have ever shopped at !!!!! The customer service SUCKS !!! The employees are rude. You have to look for someone to help you and if you are lucky enough to find someone they act like you are bothering them . I was looking for an item and the employee told me that it goes on sale at 6 am. He brought me a sales flyer and the item was not listed in the sales flyer so he took me to the check out and the cashier said to bring the item to the check out and she would see if it is on sale. I took the item to the check out she rang it up and it was not the price I was told so I said I didn't want it. She got an attitude because she had to void the item. They have no idea what is on sale in their sale paper. They do not know the meaning of customer service. If you are not happy with your job or yourself you should not take it out on the customers !!!!!!
