Warning to anyone considering using this business. They lost one of my shirts at Christmas and still have not paid for the replacement. I have calmly visited for 4 1:2 months. I completed their form and provided receipts. I have calmly stopped in 10 times to inquire about my refund, giving them the benefit of the doubt. Manager is very friendly and says it's out of his control, but keeps telling me to give him two more days, or one more day, etc. it's 102 degrees today on May 11. The shirt was dropped off the week of Christmas. Manager says they are having problems with the company they use, giving me the runaround each of the 10 times I have visited. So now I'm going public 5 months later. Clearly I have been patient until now.
