  • I had my house and carpets cleaned by Rodney and Alex a little over a month ago. I had to re- clean after they left because that was poorly done.. I asked Rodney multiple times if they clean there carpets at a 180 degrees and he said yes.. Well last week when I called him to get a receipt to summit to my landlord he denied even saying that. My landlord wanted things done a certain way.. After Rodney finally picked up the phone a week later of me calling him.. He assured me that he would send me a receipt so my landlord would refund me money bc he said the carpets weren't professionally done.. Needless to say Rodney blocked my number and I've been calling ever since for two weeks..All I wanted was a receipt with my name address and what you did at my house ( temperature of carpets being cleaned) and he couldn't email it to me.. I'm not one to rant on here but it isn't right.. And what makes this even more upsetting was that I even Gave them a tip for the poor job they did just bc I know they need to make a living.. If you want to have to reclean your house after they come and not have a receipt from them to show proof of the work they did .. Then this is the company to use!!
