  • I just love Costco. Despite the parking lot being full and the place packed the checkouts move very quickly and efficiently. The optical department has great prices but the customer service there isn't quite what I've experienced at other locations. In fact, the best I've experienced was Mobile, AL who I actually brought into a customer service experience at this Phoenix location. I really shouldn't have had to do that but I'm glad I did. I needed some glasses redone which ultimate did happen - with Mobile's help.
