  • I have had shutters installed throughout my house, some installed five years ago and some recently. They are excellent quality shutters and make my home very inviting. The most significant experience with Elite Shutters, one of the shutters installed five years ago failed to close at the top. I contacted Kim about the problem and sent her a picture. She had one of the installers look at it and it appeared to have "warped" at the top. Elite stands by their product and warranty. They replaced the shutter and installed it, at no expense to me. Elite Shutters has excellent products and excellent customer service!!
