My husband got me a package for our anniversary with a groupon for an 80 minute massage, facial, hand treatment...couldn't wait to book my appointment! Called 5 times Thursday no answer so I used their online messaging system with my info. No response. I continued attempting to call, leaving a voicemail on Friday. They returned my call at 2:30 Monday and I didn't quite get to my phone. Called back literally two minutes later, no answer. Left a message, no response...and now the business is closed for the day. My husband just called groupon and got a full refund. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to a spa day and the reviews on groupon are great, but I'll go somewhere where it's not an inconvenience to book an appointment. They don't seem too eager to have me as a customer.
