| - Brought in a 2008 Ford Fusion for inspection to find cause of "whump, whump" underneath driver's side (which persisted even after getting new tires from Discount Tire), and driver's side door unable to open from inside. Scheduled a 3pm appt on a Friday. Dropped off car, was told they wouldn't get to it until Monday. On Monday, rec'd a call with diagnosis of "front wheel bearing needed replaced", one broken engine mount, new air filter needed, and new driver's side door handle needed. Was told parts in stock, would be done next day. Next day (p.m.) called, was told wouldn't be done until following day. By now, had been without car for almost 5 days. Called back again, was told "miscommunication" - car would actually be done day promised. Picked up later that same day - issues remedied, and cost was $50 less than estimate. (Courtesy discount for miscommunication?) Guessing they were just "slammed" and that's why the delays, but am satisfied with the repairs although seemed a little pricey to me. Courteous people, though. Didn't push unneeded repairs on us. I would trust them to do future work on my cars.
