Wow so you guys are super annoying over $500.00??? I tried making a payment on 6/19 and for some reason it was reversed. I logged onto my WF account to realize this today 6/26 and paid the amount due. Then some major beeeotttchh calls acting like my account is over due and would not even willingly tell me what company she was calling from at first. Like as someone that is not accustomed to dealing with any type of bill collector nonsense I found the whole thing very offputting. She called after the payment was made which seems like a glitch in your system that 1) you are being so rude to customers over payments your system reversed for accounts they had more than enough money to pay ie. not insufficient fund issue and then 2) calling people after they have paid. So yeah you guys are annoying and from a customer service perspective a bit disjointed and super offputting.
She wasted my time and then at the end tried to confirm my contact info. Like B first of all you've wasted my time and second all the info is up to date so F-off instead of trying to act like there is a POINT to you bothering me.
UPSIDE: since they suck so hard and I only have 7k left on a over 20k car I bought this year, I will pay off my loan right away just so a don't have to deal with their nonsense. byeeee
