  • Very reminiscent of some of the older New York delis... small, noisy and very vibrant. Even the best corned beef has a tendency to dry out, but not at Slyman's. It was very moist. The cole slaw was a perfect texture for adding to the sandwich. Pickles... delicious. One negative... their highly touted potato pancakes, in our opinion did not make the grade. The nice soft inside was fine, but the crusty outside just didn't make it in appearance or taste.
