rev:text	Had so many problems with this company from day one. Very poor communication, delays in communication, hard to get a hold of people, etc. After weeks of trying to get a lease and moving from another state, I was moving my family and 3 days before we were supposed to move, they still didn't send us the lease. I was told to 'just leave and it would be ready when we got here'. Hello? Unfortunately we rented the property site unseen, and it was not what they represented in the ad. We had several problems with the property from showers being busted, water leaks, gas leaks, appliances broken, windows broken, both the air conditioner and heating not working, and it took weeks and weeks to get this stuff fixed. This was my first time using a property mangement company and it will be the last. I've never been taken care of so poorly. I will either stay in an apartment community or own directly from a homeowner. Not to mention they do quarterly inspections of the unit (attorneys I met on this they said I probably would lose if this went to court even though it wasn't in the lease). The threats of fines (which I found out was illegal) and so forth because we didn't feel right about them wanting to do inspections was really over-the-top. I have never been treated so poorly. We were lied to about the condition of the unit moving in, and then I have to be subjected to inspections. I have no quiet enjoyment of my property. I have never, ever had to live like this. I would not recommend this company in the least bit. And for the record, I am a professional and I have never, ever been late paying my rent. Always ontime and have been an excellent, responsible tenant.
