  • Well I have to be honest, my first experience at this location wasn't good (about a year ago) but I was in the area and cox charged me 100$ for installation of the contour when the rep told me it was going to be free Came in all ready for a battle and had the pleasure of meeting Marianne packert which by title is a solution specialist... And I must say she is the first rep ever to be as she claims, a specialist.... I was out in 10 min with my problem solved and delt with an amazing way..... She will be from now on my personal cox specialist. Cox will over charge and u have to check everything al the time, this is true. But they are lucky to have her as they're employee!!! Marianne - thanks a lot for the help
