I was on a quest for korean vermicelli, which is made with sweet potato starch (it sounded so intriguing!). So I went to jangteu, and was happy to find a huge variety of korean and japanese specialty products. I found korean vermicelli (yay! $3 for 16oz) and bunch of other noodles, including buckwheat soba ($2-3). Panko (around $3) and nori sheets ($2 for 10) were available for better prices than you'd find in other grocery stores. There were things I couldn't really identify (dried shredded fish, perhaps?) and some asian cooking staples, like mirin, sesame oil and soy sauce. Most products are labelled in korean, so shopping is a bit of an adventure. :)
