  • Danielle at valet was very rude. She dropped my valet card on the ground and didn't even say sorry. Later on when I went to pick up the car (which took forever) she gave me a horrible attitude. The valet is the face of the hotel and the first people I meet when I walk in. I shouldn't be treated that way.
