This hotel is in a great location and the rooms are good enough. The staff is friendly and there is a fantastic restaurant located in the lobby. So, why only 2 stars you ask? I'm traveling on business, like many people who come to this town, and I cannot come close to expressing my frustration with the wireless internet. ...........................
Let me take a moment to calm myself.
It's horrible. Paying per device seems silly when it's not uncommon for people to have a few devices, but that's not my biggest issue. My complaint is that I'm having to refresh my wireless connection every 3 minutes on my iPad. It's absolutely maddening. I wouldn't be as concerned if I were here for pleasure. The ability to work from my room is pretty critical when traveling on business. I've never had connection issues on my device, so I'm confident it's not the problem. Over the past two nights, I have spent more time waiting on/refreshing my connection than actual productive time online.
