  • I been going there since it open and never had a problem until march 30/18. We always buy ink refills for our printer every 3 months at the booth next to the washrooms.Two weeks ago we bought a cartridge for $8. And went home and found out it doesn't work.We had a hard time getting hold of him because he's never at his booth (Fridays)we finally found his number and he met us at the booth in 20 minutes.To make it short we wanted to exchange the cartridge thinking there won't be a problem,but then he said there's no ink in the cartridge and you want me to replace it,I told him that's how we bought it off you.He kept saying no no no I don't sell like this.It took me 3 trips there before we got hold of him. I'm 60 years old and I couldn't believe how he talked to me and my wife. I was told by the vendor next to him he has a lot of complaints. If he reads this next time stay awake when refilling the cartridges before putting them in the box and insinuating your customers are stupid.And I suggest close your business,I'm out $8.but you your out a customer: The rest of the market I give it 5 STARS
