  • By far the worst banking experience ever! Came here on a Friday afternoon to have a wire transfer processed for a new home purchase. The woman I saw was telling me that whatever interest rate I'm getting she will do better. I said thanks but no thanks I just need the wire. She proceeded to badger me and tell me that I was probably ruining my financial future and she could help me. I had already been having a trying day and told her 'look I came here for one reason, a wire transfer, here is the account number, ect if you can't get this done for me then I'll find someone who will'. Well she was caught off guard and we didn't talk for the rest of the time. Seriously I was clear the first few times you badgered me just do what I have already politely asked you otherwise I will leave. This one example of how horribly I've been treated at this Bank of America and others in the area! Pretty sure I'll be moving banks asap!
