  • I've read a lot of these reviews and I'm very surprised to see them, especially after the experience I had in Dr. Gatlin's office today. I HATE finding new doctors and I'm very particular, but I'm new to the area and decided to try this office at a recommendation for my annual check up. I made my appointment about 2 weeks ago for this morning at 9:45. I got there at 9:30 to do new patient paperwork. Took me about 15 minutes and waited only about 10 more to be called back. The ladies at the front desk, I think one was named Apple, were pleasant but nothing to write home about. The nurse who called me back was named Karen. She was incredibly friendly and made me feel very comfortable being there. She got me all prepped for Dr. Gatlin who I was actually comfortable with as well. I've never been to a male gyno before but I felt at ease. He was polite and did my examination, and wrote me a prescription for the birth control I prefer. Karen took over at the end and again, was an amazing human being. The appointment took a little over an hour total. And I had no issues with insurance or computers or processing ... so it's safe to say that I'll be returning to this office for routine visits, for anyone out there who is skeptical about getting an annual done here.
