  • I must say after what I went through at the Palm Springs,CA location (yes I will be writing a review for them) this location saves the day and kept me as an O'Reilly's customer. Although this could have been avoided if the cashier had done what they were supposed to when they sold me the battery, Kevin made it right. I don't know the GM's name but he helped too and what I liked was that it was about making it right for the customer. I will definitely be back to this location. THANK YOU KEVIN!!!!!!
