  • I saw Dr Singel for a simple ingrown toenail and he couldn't even do that properly. I ended up having to go in behind him, hot soak my nail and cut it out myself. It hurt but I fixed it myself. Needless to say, when I made a complaint to their office that the procedure didn't do anything and the problem still existed they didn't bother inviting me back to have it corrected and STILL had the nerve to bill me in full AND send collection letter threats DESPITE the fact that the problem was ongoing after leaving his office. HORRIBLE doctor, sloppy practice, unprofessional front office staff and incompetent billing department.
