  • This was salon for years. I loved my nail tech. I enjoyed the nuttiness of the owner Tina. I liked how much everyone seemed to enjoy working there. But the last year or so things changed. I got tired of listening to Tina bully customers into paying cash so she wouldn't have to pay the service charges. I'm paying $45 to have my nails done and she is quibbling over the service charge so I can use my debit card? Seriously? I listened to her yell at and belittle customers and staff alike. I watched as regulars left upset and staff quit. The last few times I got my nails done by my usual tech who had been doing them for four years, the nails kept falling off. There are far too many nail salons in the valley to put up with poor quality work and service.
