  • If i could give less than one star I would! I scheduled an appointment in January left a $100 deposit. Email them 3 days before my scheduled appointment because I was thinking of changing the location and Design. Spoke to someone who called 2 days before my appointment told that girl I wanted to change location and design should I come in and speak to somebody. She told me no just come in 10 to 15 minutes early. I showed up 30 minutes early spoke to the receptionist in length about my thoughts to which she never told me it would be a problem she even provided cut out pictures in different sizes to choose from. Then some guy comes out and tells me that I cannot change the design and because I wanted to that I could not keep my appointment. I have other tattoos, when you show up there's always a sketch of what you want I showed up to nothing when I wanted to change something I was told no I'm not allowed. Never in my life have I ever heard of a tattoo artist "supposedly one of the best in the city" say you are not allowed to change your design at all especially with notice. My tattoo was in memory of my mother who just died thanks for nothing. Absolute worst experience in my entire life. Every single person i came in contact was ruder then the next. The "artist" didnt even have the decency to come out to speak with me. I will never recommend this place or Amy who apparently thinks she is better then anyone else.
