My engagement ring was purchased here. I brought it back because one of the side stones fell out (this is the second time). I told them I was leaving for a trip in 2 weeks and that I really need my ring back by then. They said they would send it out for repair, but the "promise date" was a whole 3 weeks away. Seriously? For one stone to be replaced? They said they would put a rush on the order. I called back 2 weeks in, the day before I had to leave. I was told it was not in, and that I should not expect it before the promised date. It did not show up until the latest date possible, a whole 3 weeks later. So much for a rush order. Obviously that is something they say to customers to keep them happy even though its a load of crap. Thanks, Kay for making me go a whole 3 weeks without my ring for the second time. I should add I've only had this ring for 5 months, so it's been gone for 2 out of 5 months. I am very gentle on my jewelry. I do not wear it when doing dishes, cleaning, at work, etc. There is no excuse for this. I'll buy somewhere else next time.
