  • I was in your store on Saturday, March 9. Your employee Jason, assisted me with the issues we were experiencing in our home. One was plumbing and the other was securing a shelf which had pulled out of the sheetrock. He was so helpful, patient and very knowledgeable. He spent a great deal of time with me, explaining what parts we needed as well as how to install them. During my time with him he was also called for help in other areas. He remained calm, helping me before moving on to assist in other areas. He is an excellent representative of Ace Hardware. I was in awe of his abilities and his professionalism. Thanks for your help Jason.............everything is fixed and working, just as you explained it would. You are AWESOME.
