  • I was so nervous to take my son here after reading the reviews. This was the only dentist nearby that uses sedation and is covered by my insurance. Overall I had a very pleasant experience. Front staff was good and the dentist was great. The female dental assistant was the only downer. She was rushed, impatient and did not seem to like children. She was not horrible just clearly unhappy. I'm giving her a pass though since everyone else we dealt with was lovely. They are waaaay overbooked and each dentist is only there once or twice a week so getting another appointment after the consultation is going to take at least a month. I'm okay with that since my son needs a round of antibiotics before we can start treatment. Next time I may not be as accommodating, we shall see. Update: I thought that the reply from the office was a little rude. I gave a positive review but they felt the need to correct me about their dentists working days? You should probably just say thanks when there are a TON of negative reviews and someone finally posts a positive one. That being said...brought my son in for another visit and we still had a fairly positive experience. The office staff and assistants are not the best but the dentists are really great. Since my child needs a pediatric dentist we will keep coming here for him. I'm sticking with my own dentist whose staff is absolutely lovely. Update 2: Had another visit that went ok but had to schedule a follow up appointment for some cavities to be filled. Can you guess how long until they can get my child in? Over 2 months. Haha! Thank goodness they corrected me about the dentists schedules! I didn't know my work schedule in the office so I called in the day after his appointment to schedule and the lady on the phone asked me why I needed the appointment. I told her because the dentist said he had a couple cavities to fill. She said well there isn't any notes about cavities. So then why did he tell me there were yesterday. She said she would have to check my sons file and call me back. That was 2 weeks ago...still waiting for that call. Losing a star.
