First introductory appointment, went fine. Set up for 2 MRIs but can only afford (just the one was $508) one at the time. Got that done a week ago (tech who did was awesome) and was told to get my results I had to come in to meet with Dr/nurse. Came in, and they immediately asked for $100+ pay for my "appointment". To get your results from an MRI, you must pay. Do you see images? Nope just a piece of paper and no explanation beyond very, very basic (small herniated disc). Disappointed and still in pain. Disputed this lack of communication and that all I wanted were my results. So I went back (told them to bill me for my " office visit") to the room and the girl taking my blood pressure with the auto cuff, just walks out as its squeezing. Pretty sure you are not to leave a patient like that- at least the hospital I work at, that would NOT fly). Then after getting a piece of paper with jargon I don't understand, just told that I had a small herniated disc in my neck, go out to the front. Receptionist wants to sign me up for chiro care. Ask her how much is that? All she says is my insurance is 20% copay and they won't know the price until AFTER the treatment. So I'm not impressed with their "charge you after the fact and you won't know until bill comes in" tactics. Only gave two stars due to the MRI tech and nurse Michelle
