I've been going to the Body Lab for 5 1/2 years. A friend told me about it, and after one class I was hooked. It's a great workout, and one that continues to be challenging. The workouts increase flexibility, balance, and strengthening while your body is sculpted.The instructors provide variations to the exercises (modifications) if you need harder or more gentle versions.Killer oblique workout! You have to attend a few classes to figure out which instructor is right for you. I highly recommend Adam, Cheryl or Joe!
