I've never tried yoga until bikram, and like everyone else I hated it at first. I never went back until a year later my cousin convinced me to try again. Then I started to love it! I went 5 days a week every morning for about 2 months because I bought a groupon deal. It really helped me lose 14 pounds and I just loved the feeling after yoga feeling so refreshed and accomplished. Also a great start for my day. I need to get my booty back in there! All the instructors and the owner, Oleg are super nice and don't try to make you over exert yourself.
